My approach is collaborative and person-centered, integrating evidence-based therapy with practical, real-world support for adults and adolescents navigating mental health challenges, like anxiety, depression, life transitions, relational challenges and the complexities of neurodivergence.

Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or simply sensing that something needs to change, you don’t have to face it alone. Together, we’ll gently explore what matters to you, what’s beneath the surface. I will support and advocate for you, so you can build meaningful, sustainable change, living your life with more ease and joy.

A Little About Me

Hi, I’m Whitney — a psychotherapist on the Northern Beaches offering online counselling Australia-wide and in-person locally. With a Master of Counselling and registration with the ACA, I support clients through life’s challenges with a warm, strength-based, and collaborative approach.

My passion for mental health and neurodiversity advocacy comes from lived experience — navigating dyslexia, burnout, and anxiety, and later becoming a parent to two neurodivergent boys. These moments shaped my desire to help others understand themselves more deeply and find greater ease, clarity, and wellbeing.
