Supporting Adults, Adolescents and Families with compassion.

Who I Help

I support individuals, adults, and adolescents who are navigating life challenges, periods of uncertainty, feeling overwhelmed, or seeking a deeper understanding of themselves.

Whether you’re experiencing overwhelm, stress, anxiety, burnout, depression, relational and life challenges, or navigating neurodivergence, moving through a period of transition, or simply wanting a grounded space to talk, my role is to meet you where you are, with warmth, compassion, in a person-centered container of safety & trust.

No matter where you’re starting from, you don’t have to do it alone.

Adults

Many adults carry invisible pressures—responsibilities, expectations, and emotional loads that quietly build over time. You may feel anxious, exhausted, disconnected, or stuck in patterns that no longer support you, with a sense that something needs to change but not knowing where to begin.

I offer a safe, nonjudgmental space to slow down, reconnect, and explore your inner world with curiosity and compassion. Together, we can focus on helping you:

  • Navigate overwhelm, emotional regulation, anxiety, stress, burnout, or depression

  • Move through life challenges and transitions, identity patterns, and shifts

  • Relational challenges, be it family, partner, friends or work

  • Build self-awareness, confidence, and a stronger sense of self

  • Understand, embrace and work with neurodivergence

  • Boundaries, strengthen communication, self-advocacy, and self-esteem

  • Feeling lost, and out of alignment, & unhappy, we look at your values, how you are living your life

  • Find clarity, balance, and a more grounded way of living

My aim is to help you feel supported, empowered, and more connected to who you are and what truly matters to you.

Adolescents

Adolescence is a time of intense growth and change—emotionally, socially, and academically. Young people today face unique pressures: school expectations, friendship dynamics, identity exploration, big emotions, and the impact of technology on self-esteem and wellbeing.

For teenagers, having a supportive, calm space to express themselves can be transformative. I work gently and collaboratively to help adolescents:

  • Manage feelings of overwhelm anxiety, stress, and depression

  • Build confidence, resilience, and self-esteem

  • Navigate friendships and social pressures

  • Understand neurodivergence and develop tools that work for their brain

  • Strengthen emotional regulation and coping skills

  • Feel heard, respected, and understood

I also work closely with parents when needed, helping the whole family feel more connected and supported during this critical stage.

Thank you for your support and guidance. I feel stronger and more able to cope with day-to-day family life. I have more clarity and awareness, and the strategies and tools have been a grounding support through a really tough time. Thank you
