How I support you.

My Approach

Two mustard yellow velvet armchairs facing each other on a light wood floor, with a potted monstera plant between them. Behind, there are white curtains covering a window, with two tall white floor lamps on either side.

A supportive, transparent space to explore what feels right for you.

My approach is warm, compassionate, and deeply person-centred. I create a space that feels safe and supportive — a place where you can explore your story at your own pace and feel truly seen, heard, and understood.

Each session is tailored to your needs, drawing on evidence-based therapies such as ACT, CBT, mindfulness, somatic experiencing, and psychoeducation. My holistic approach meets you where you are, helping you build self-awareness, emotional clarity, balance, and resilience so you can move through life with greater ease and authenticity.

Together, we uncover practical, real-life strategies that genuinely fit who you are — tools that feel natural and supportive in your everyday life.

When life feels heavy, overwhelming, or stuck in worry, having a compassionate space to pause, reflect, and breathe can bring the clarity and confidence you need to move forward.

If you feel you need support, please reach out. It would be an honour to walk alongside you on your healing journey.

Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)

What it is

Acceptance and Commitment Therapy is a modern, evidence-based approach designed to help you stop struggling with difficult thoughts and emotions, and instead learn how to respond to them with openness, clarity, and compassion. ACT teaches you how to accept what you cannot control, stay present in the moment, and make choices that align with your deepest values.

Cognitive Behavourial Therapy (CBT)

What it is

Cognitive Behavioural Therapy is a structured, evidence-based psychological approach that focuses on the connection between thoughts, feelings, and behaviours. It helps individuals identify unhelpful thinking patterns and behaviours that may be contributing to emotional distress, and supports the development of more balanced, constructive ways of responding to life’s challenges.

Mindfulness

What it is

Mindfulness encourages awareness of your inner world with curiosity and kindness. It brings you back to the present moment, helping you regulate emotions and feel more grounded in your body and mind.

Somatic Experiencing

What it is

Somatic therapy focuses on how stress, trauma, and emotions live in the body. It helps you notice physical sensations, tension patterns, and nervous system responses so you can regulate more effectively and feel safer within yourself.

Psychoeducation

What it is

Psychoeducation provides insights into the emotional, cognitive, or neurological patterns influencing your wellbeing. Understanding why you think or feel a certain way can be incredibly validating and reduces shame or confusion.
